Viktor-Art and a group of experienced technologists specializing in design and machining (cnc wood milling) is able to meet the various challenges posed to us by demanding customers.
Advanced 3D design programs allow us to customize an already scanned object (changing dimensions, shape, smoothing surfaces, adding technological allowances, etc.), or creating a completely new model based on technical drawings.

The use of advanced computer programs in the field of design, and appropriate CNC machine tools with 3D software, we are able to meet the various challenges posed to us by demanding customers.
3D spatial scanning and reverse engineering additionally extends our offer, consisting of the possibility of electronic recording of the object, processing this data in a computer program, and the production of its faithful or modernized (tailored to the client's request) using CNC technology.

The machining process (milling, machining) of the previously prepared 3D model is performed on CNC numerical machines with an accuracy of 0,02mm.
Our offer of numerical milling includes:
2D and 2,5D wood milling
drilling, chamfering, cutting and engraving of complex forms and shapes. We perform all the above-mentioned services on the basis of submitted projects or technical sketches.
3D wood milling - 3-axis
milling of the most complex shapes and forms based on virtual 3D models, technical sketches, or real models (previously scanned using the latest techniques 3D scanning )
4D wood milling
4-axis milling on a CNC lathe of turned parts as well as non-rotational forms and shapes. We make millings based on models, technical drawings or curves (in the case of rotating elements).
Viktor-Art Tech makes forms of wood (and substitutes - MDF, plywood, etc.) in the highest quality finishes. Forms can be executed both in positive and negative of a real object.
The Viktor-Art Tech company has experience in the production of molds for the aviation industry (molds for fuselage parts, propellers), the automotive industry (molds used for thermoforming plastic parts, hooves for forming sheet metal), foundry molds for glassworks, foundry molds for the metallurgical industry ( forms for anvils - variable sizes, variable cubature)
On our solid milling copiers it is possible to duplicate spatial objects multiple times based on existing real models, where each duplicated element is identical to the original. Hand processing (chisel, grind) is required after this copying process to get the final surface quality.
The experience of our studio includes the production of realistic figures up to 6m high. The cubature of such figures is 3 cubic meters and above. In addition, at the customer's request, we mill the center of this type of lumps to "slim down" the total mass.
All operations, divisions, gluing places are previously carefully designed and agreed with the client at the stage of preparing the virtual model.
We can obtain a virtual model directly from the client (point cloud, triangle mesh (STL), or gemotric models designed from scratch or reverse engineering), as well as we offer structural 3D scanning services (details in the "3D scanning" tab). The real models of small sizes are later enlarged to the ordered sizes (even several times) and subjected to machining.
